On the small island of Grímsey in Iceland, there is little to do but enjoy nature and its remarkable birdlife. More than two million birds nest on this island of just five square kilometres during the summer, making it an outstanding destination for bird photographers. The main attraction is the vast number of puffins present from April to August. They are mostly found on the steep cliffs, but it is still possible to get close enough for a beautiful portrait like this.
